Body Sculpt is a comprehensive strength training to work out all muscle groups. In training different equipment are used: dumbbells, mini-barbells, steppes, fit balls, gymnastic sticks, an expander, bodybar, etc.

How do the body sculpt classes go?

Body Sculpt training includes the following steps.

  1. The general warm-up for 5-7 minutes. During the warm-up the muscles are heated so that they are ready for the loads. It also reduces the risk of injury.
  2. The main unit for 30-35 minutes. It consists of sets of 2-3 exercises working on different muscle groups.
  3. Mini-block on the press for 5-7 minutes.
  4. The final part includes stretching and exercises to restore breathing. It is necessary to relax after a workout and avoid the delayed onset muscle soreness next day.
