How does the Zumba session go?

The training is built on simple movements with elements of Latin, hip-hop and African dance. The session begins with a short warm-up.

The main part of the session is built on dance tracks of different intensity, with different tempo and style. Each track in Zumba implies its own unique choreography. But since Zumba shares movements with strength training, it will not take much effort even for a non- dancing person to learn them. After a few sessions you will feel absolutely confident.

  • diseases of the respiratory system, asthma;

  • pregnancy (consultation with the attending physician is necessary).

You can harm yourself through ignorance. But over time, having studied the basic elements, you can use video tutorials as a morning exercise or as an extra session.

Do you need special clothes for Zumba classes?

For Zumba training, you can buy the clothes that you like. The main rule is  ̶  you should feel comfortable in it. The clothes in no case should not hold down the movement. Pay special attention to shoes, choose  sports shues. The price of slippery shoes can be very high for your health.
