Training program Hot Legs


Strong, slender legs are something to be proud of. We are inviting all customers of “Grand Prix” to visit our training program “Hot Legs” and begin intensive feet elaboration!

Hot Legs is incredibly program, literary working out every muscle of your feet. Unlike other fitness programs, which are utilizing mainly quadriceps and gluteal muscles, “Hot legs” also trains hamstrings (back of thigh), the inner part of the thigh and the calf muscles. Various exercises prevent muscles getting used to the strain, making work out even better.

If you will start your training at least once a week from now on, you will be proud of what you have achieved even before holidays in May.
